Can I return Underwear?Updated 10 days ago

Outside of our Comfort Guarantee, we do not accept any returns, for refund or exchange, on intimate underwear that has been opened. This includes all Women's Briefs, Bikinis, G-Strings, Shorts, Shapewear, and Period & Leak-proof underwear, as well as all Men's Briefs, Boxers, and Trunks - this is for hygiene, and health & safety reasons.

If any opened intimate underwear, aside from that covered by our Comfort Guarantee, is sent back to us we will be unable to issue a refund/exchange and we will also be unable to return the items to you.
