OVERVIEW OF PROGRAM

The Lounge is Boody’s way of saying thanks - a customer loyalty program designed to reward you for being part of our community. Membership is free, and Lounge Members (“Loungers”) earn points (“Points”) for qualifying purchases and specific activities. These Points can be redeemed for rewards (“Rewards”) such as discounts. As your engagement grows, you may unlock higher membership tiers that come with exclusive perks (“Perks”), subject to the terms described below.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for The Lounge, you must:

• Be a legal resident of the country where the program is offered (currently available in the AU, NZ, US, CA, UK, and EU).
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a registered customer account on your local Boody site (boody.com.au, boody.co.nz)
• Use the program for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Each Member may only maintain one account. Accounts and Points cannot be shared, assigned, or transferred. If Boody determines misuse or ineligibility, your participation in The Lounge may be suspended or terminated without notice.

JOINING & OPTING OUT

To join, create or log into your Boody account. Membership in The Lounge is free. By enrolling, you consent to receive loyalty communications. If you wish to opt out of the program or communications, you may update your account preferences or contact our Community Happiness Team.

TIER STATUS & BENEFITS

The Lounge features four tiers:

• Tier 1: Getting Comfy (entry tier)
• Tier 2: Super Comfy (based on annual spend threshold)
• Tier 3: Pure Comfort (based on higher annual spend threshold)
• Tier 4: Locked (based on engagement and higher annual spend threshold)

Tier placement is based on your total qualifying spend on non-returned purchases within a rolling 12-month period. Each tier unlocks new Perks, including:

• Birthday reward
• Anniversary gift
• Early access to sales and product launches
• Free shipping benefits
• Exclusive surprise offers
• Special tier-only perks
• Double points campaigns for higher tiers
• Access to refer-a-friend bonuses

Once you reach a new tier, your status is valid for the remainder of that calendar year and the following 12 months. If your qualifying spend drops below the threshold in that period, your tier may be adjusted downward in the next calendar cycle.

Points from refunded or cancelled orders will be deducted, and if this impacts tier qualification, Boody reserves the right to adjust your tier accordingly.

EARNING POINTS

You can earn Points by:

• Creating an account: 300 Points
• Placing an order: $1 spent = 1 points earned
• Leaving a verified review: 50 Points
• Leaving a verified review with a photo: +10 Points
• Following our socials (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok): 10 Points per platform
• Signing up for SMS: 100 Points
• Referring a friend: 200, 400, or 600 Points, depending on your tier

Point earning rates may vary by tier and promotional campaign. Points expire on a rolling 12-month basis from the date they are earned, unless otherwise stated.

REDEEMING POINTS & REWARDS

Points may be redeemed in fixed increments for discounts up to $75 at checkout. 

20 Points = $1 discount

Rewards:

• Are only redeemable online through Boody’s website.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or transferred.
• Are valid for 12 months from the date of redemption.
• Cannot be applied toward the purchase of gift cards.
• May not be combined with some sitewide or tiered offers.

All redemptions are final once submitted.

BIRTHDAY & ANNIVERSARY REWARDS

Members who add their birthdate to their profile at least one month in advance will receive a birthday reward (voucher code) valid for 60 days.

Anniversary rewards (voucher code) are issued based on your account creation date and also carry a 60-day redemption window. 

The value of your birthday and anniversary reward is based on your current tier.

These gifts are non-transferable, limited to one per customer per year, and are subject to change at Boody’s discretion.

REFER-A-FRIEND

The Lounge includes a referral program:

Share your unique referral link with friends.

• Tier 1: When a referred friend places their first order over $60, you receive 200 Points and they receive a $10 discount.
• Tier 2: When a referred friend places their first order over $80, you receive 400 Points and they receive a $20 discount.
• Tier 3: When a referred friend places their first order over $100, you receive 600 Points and they receive a $30 discount.

Self-referrals and fraudulent activity are prohibited.

Boody reserves the right to disqualify suspicious referrals and limit rewards to one per new customer.

TRACKING YOUR PROGRESS

To view your Points balance, Rewards, and tier status, log in to your Boody account. Updates may also be sent via email if you are opted in to marketing communications.

COMMUNICATIONS

By joining The Lounge, you agree to receive communications related to the program, including:

• Points updates
• Tier progression
• Reward notifications
• Special member-only promotions

You may opt out of promotional emails, but you may still receive transactional or account-related notifications.

CHANGES TO THE PROGRAM

Boody may, at its sole discretion, modify or cancel The Lounge, its tiers, Points structure, or Rewards at any time. However, any Points or Rewards already earned will remain valid until their expiration date.

Boody is not liable for errors or delays in Points posting, Reward issuance, or system availability. Any disputes regarding The Lounge will be governed by Boody’s standard Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

All program-related branding, text, imagery, and materials are property of Boody and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
